Alizée Gaie was born in Toulon in the south of France where she first studied theater at the Conservatory, in parallel with her violin lessons.
She then moved to Brussels in 2013 to join the Institut National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique (INSAS) from which she graduated in 2017 with a distinction. Directly after graduation, she works with Marion Pillé in her satirical operetta Le Verfugbar aux enfers. She also works with Fabrice Murgia, Hugo Favier, Thymios Fountas, Ariane Buhbinder. She also works in cinema, notably in Sans Soleil by Banu Akseki.
In parallel to her work as an actress, Alizée is directing a project on love relationships in relation to patriarchy, a creation planned for 2023-2024.
