There will be a collision.
In a non-dedicated urban space – courtyard, shed, parking lot – a group of performers practice receiving an impact and falling properly. They are delivery people, stunt people and actors. One of them is going to be hit by an SUV that will not have seen him.
We know it, we are waiting for it. But where will it come from? And especially, when?
Spectators are invited to share this same space, this same time, in a proximity with the performers.
With collusiion, Jérome Michez works on the image of a collision for its spectacular aspect: its metaphorical force and the fictions it triggers. But also for what the spectacle of the danger obliterates of the insidious social violence which is played there. A collusion?
