Learning to live with the death of our loved ones. Continuing to talk to them. To give life to them. Jasmina Douieb was unable to do this after the death of her mother.
For this ‘one-woman show’, characterized as ‘documentary verbatim theatre based on audio interviews’, Jasmina Douieb seeks out all the ways people have developed to get in touch with the dead. Writing a show about them, making them speak, act, exist, is it not like prolonging their very existence ?
